Comparing fractions

To compare fractions:


- If they have the same denominator, the lower fraction is the fraction which has the lower numerator:

- If they have the same numerator, the lower fraction is the fraction which has the greater denominator:


- In another case, we reduce to common denominator and then we do like in the first case:
